I’ve dealt with self-doubt and insecurity my whole life, and some days they’re more difficult to overcome than others. So every day I get up and out of my comfortable bed and make it, as much as I can like a Marriot or Hilton housekeeper would, so I discourage myself from getting back in. I keep going in to face my day. A while back, I came across Flylady.net, and she inspired me to make my bed every morning and I’ve kept that habit since.
